As the sound software tester, Bill Mullins wrote an article about IObit Advanced SystemCare 3.7.3 review. The problems he mentioned in his blog greatly hurt the name of our company. Many people do give support to us.

Forum members decided to test his claims so they were sure of the facts before posting an opinion.They downloaded Advanced System Care, installed it and none experienced any of the issues Bill Mullins claimed to have experienced, it could also be easily uninstalled.A search of the internet finds no other people complaining about this issue, only Bill Mullins
It is not only IObit that Bill Mullins was attacking, he also claimed that WinPatrol failed to stop a toolbar from being installed.
Either Bill Mullins is such a poor tester of software that, when issues arose, he did not look further than the software he had just installed.Or, Bill Mullins has used his blog to try and cause problems for IObit and WinPatrol by deliberately spreading false accusations based on rigged testing.
Either way, the posting of this defamatory article was deplorable behavior by Bill Mullins.Shame on you Bill Mullins and shame on anyone who supports his actions”
